The experience

From first sketch to keys in hand.

01

Design and consult

We shape the project with you, your architect, or one of ours. Vision first, then drawings.

02

Lot and feasibility

We check your lot, utilities, and site conditions so the plan holds up before money moves.

03

Engineering and permit

Structural engineering, sealed plans, and the full permit package. We run it.

04

Print the shell

The printer arrives, sets up in about an hour, and lays the walls layer by layer.

05

Trades and finishes

Roof, MEP, windows, and finishes by licensed trades. A hybrid build, done right.

06

Inspection and keys

Final inspections, certificate of occupancy, and a finished home. Yours.

After the keys

Licensed. Permitted. Insured. And still here after move-in.

Every build runs through engineering, permits, inspections, and a certificate of occupancy. You see every milestone on Buildertrend: RFIs, draws, inspections, all in one place. And when the keys turn, we answer the phone.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

Is a 3D printed home permitted like a normal home?

Yes. Our builds follow the same path as any Florida home: engineering, sealed plans, permits, inspections, and a certificate of occupancy. We are a Florida Certified General Contractor, the statewide license class, and we manage that process end to end.

How fast is it, really?

The printed shell is the fast part. A 1,500 SF shell prints within 48 hours on ProBuild3D technology. The full timeline depends on permitting and finishes, and we give you a real schedule in the proposal, not a slogan.

What about hurricanes?

The walls are solid printed concrete, engineered to Florida code for your site and wind zone. Concrete does not blow away, rot, or feed termites.

Can I finance and insure it?

A finished, permitted home with a certificate of occupancy goes through lending and insurance like other new construction. Bring your lender in early and we will walk the process with you.

How much does it cost?

Every build is custom, so we price per project. Printing the shell compresses schedule and labor, and that efficiency shows up in the proposal. Send us your project and we will quote it.

Do you only build your models?

No. We build custom homes and structures too. The Signature Models are a faster starting point when you want proven plans.
